The Trulli di Monte Reale is an exclusive charming villa with pool that was carved out of a rock,immersed in the Valle d`Itria, between Cisternino and Ostuni: A dream villa to spend a joyful but relaxing vacation in Puglia,
with maximum privacy. The result of a careful philological restoration
created by a well-known architect. With all the main modern comforts,
the luxury villa for rent accommodates up to 7 people. Animals are allowed on request.
Charming vacation: Trulli with pool immersed in the nature of Valle d`Itria
The
Trulli Monte Reale spreads over 3 hectares of land for agricultural
purposes: the farm house dates back to the first half of 1600. The charm
of the place is unrivaled: the beautiful olive grove, the Mediterranean scrubs and
the ancient oak forest unfold images and colors of untouched nature. At
guests`disposal there`s a small vegetable garden where you can pick
seasonal vegetables.
At the exterior of the villa there`s a splendid pool carved out of a rock with
the diameter of maximum 21 meters, surrounded by dry stone walls that
creates ahortus conclusus: a secret, fantastic and protected courtyard.
The villa that consists of 7 cones, is embellished with a beautiful furnished patio. By restoring material and using traditional architectural techniques the internal spaces are transformed in to designer spaces.

The interior of the Trulli di Monte Reale is defined by unique pieces that enhance the environments and create areas of charm and fascinating views of the countryside. The living area combines the 3main rooms: a living room with dining room, a living room and kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms and 3bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
Every room has a private access to the backyard and is equipped with hot /cold air conditioning with fan coil. The double bedroom has 1independent double bed, with en suite bathroom. Furthermore there`s a double room with two single sofas, 1 bedroom with 120 cm bed adjacent with 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an en suite bathroom.Finely there`s also a third bathroom with shower.

The Trulli di Monte Reale is only 2kilometers from the center of Cisternino,
one of the most charming medieval village of Pugia and Valle d`Itria.
The historical centerwith its small alley where get lost in and the wine and food tradition,
mainly based on grilled meats, bread and typical vegetables will make
you fall in love with this town. The coast is easy to reach, even the
bathing establishments on the Adriatic coast such as Torre Canne and Il Pilone are only 10 minutes away by car.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- Pets allowed upon previous request. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Residential waste pick-up not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client or extra service with additional fee of 80€/week to be paid on site.
- Dirt road to reach the house (300 meters), not recommended for low chassis cars.
- The property is fenced off only by low stone walls.
- Possible presence of grazing animals in neighboring properties coming from the Masseria . Not recommend for people not used to stay in the countryside or with allergies / phobias of animals and / or insects.

Total relaxation in idyllic location

The property is incredible, beautifully restored and total relaxation with no WiFi. The pool is wonderful, the kitchen very well equipped and the property managers Perle di Puglia were a dream to work with.

For nature locers this is a corner of paradise. The villa is very well appointed,, the rooms comfortable, the pool really gorgeous. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday and plan to go back

Bien au calme mais quelques défauts

Très belle piscine, habitation très agréable mais nécessiterait quelques opérations de maintenance. Localisation idéale pour deux familles au calme et sans aucuns vis à vis. Dommage que pour une location pour 8 personnes il n’y ait que 6 transats à la piscine et 6 chaises pour la table d’extérieur. Le chemin d’accès n’est pas très carrossable. La gestion des poubelles est compliquée et n’est pas pris en compte dans la location. (60€ de surcoût si vous voulez vous éviter des allez retour à la déchèterie à 25mn...
