The ground floor hosts the main living areas, filled with natural light. A spacious sitting room, a relaxed dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen form the heart of the house. On this level, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with shower.



The first floor offers a quieter living area, a double bedroom with access to a private terrace, and a twin bedroom that can be arranged as needed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located on the upper level, featuring a bathtub and an outdoor rooftop shower, designed for open-air bathing under the sky.



Outdoor terraces and garden areas surround the masseria, offering places to sit, rest, and enjoy the landscape throughout the day.
