Masseria Le Arcate is an ancient 18th-century masseria nestled in the Apulian countryside, in the countryside of Ostuni. Inside the masseria there is a villa with swimming pool for rent for relaxing vacations in the nature of the Valle d`Itria.
There are accessories such as air conditioning in every room, wi-fi internet, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, crib, TV and mini fridge in every room, mosquito nets, kitchen with electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
 
There is a shared entry with the masseria. The villa with exclusive use pool, solarium, large furnished outdoor spaces and children`s park, offers up to 10 beds.

In the large masseria that boasts the charm of centuries of history, stands a beautiful villa for rent, with spacious rooms, impressive wooden vaults and all the comforts: a perfect place for vacations with family or friends.
The villa inside the masseria offers spaces for the exclusive use of guests, such as the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the solarium equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds, the porch equipped with a sitting room and outdoor dining room, and the children`s park.
The interiors of the villa consist of a large eat-in kitchen and 4 bedrooms, all complete with en suite shower room, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge.
Specifically there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which comes with a crib, and 2 triple rooms furnished with double bed + pouf single bed.
From the hallway of the rooms you can exit directly to the porch and veranda, right next to the pool.

Masseria Le Arcate stands in the countryside, just 8 km away from the town of Ostuni, its wonderful historic center and all services.
The location is excellent because it allows you to easily reach all the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria in a few minutes by car, but also the beautiful beaches of the Marina di Ostuni.
The wide green spaces that perimeter the masseria offer the possibility of excursions in the most authentic Apulian countryside.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The entrance to the property is shared with the owners.
- The owners live in the farm.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
