A modern newly refurbished villa, in a boutique hotel style, Ostuni Hills Villa is located in the quiet area around Ostuni, in the middle of Puglia close to all major attractions, 8 minutes by car from the old center and 5 minute from downtown of the famous white city of Ostuni and 2 minutes away from Aventura Park. The villa is composed of two floors, each with separate entrance and a trulli.. There are 7 rooms differently decorated, with high quality bedlinen, ensuite modern bathroom and individual AC. There are two open space equipped kitchens with living/dining room. From the roof you can spot the sea and also Ostuni’s old town and also amazing panoramic views of the forest and surrounding cities.
We use fotovoltaic panels for electricity and hot water. The villa has safe private free parking. In wintermonths the villa is heated. The garden has a private all year round pool (not heated), pergolas and lots of fruit and olive trees.
The nearest sea is 15km, Torre Guaceto Reserve 25km, Alberobello 30km, Archaeological Museum Egnazia is 31km, San Domenico Golf is 31 km, Zoosafari 35km,, Brindisi Airport or Port 40km, Lecce 80, km, Matera 150km away from the villa.

Fabulous Ostuni

Stefanie was a SUPERHOST - whenever we needed anything, nothing was too much trouble and she appreciated any suggestion we made accomodating all our needs. Her communication with us throughout the stay was awesome and it was so nice of her to call in every few days to say hello and check if we needed anything. The house was very clean and suited our group of 10 people perfectly. The outdoor area together with the pool are very well maintained and we found ourselves relaxing out there a lot. The location of the home is about a 5 minute drive from the centre of town so it is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Stefanie
