They are two distinct and coordinated bodies, habitable as a whole with 16 beds or as two separate units of 8 beds each well furnished and equipped with every comfort:
1.the first villa, Nausicaa, has 3 double bedrooms , one with two extra beds, totaling 8 beds , two bathrooms. From the sleeping areas there is access to a large living-dining room that communicates with the entrance patio and a large glassed-in veranda, cool living-dining room overlooking the pool and lawn.
2.The second villa, Telemachus, has 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is accessed from the living room of the majestic royal trullo. All the windows overlook the countryside full of trees and traversed by paths and walkways bordered by hedges and bushes .
