Nestled among the rolling hills of the Itria Valley and overlooking the deep blue sea of Upper Salento, this residence is a refined retreat where the Apulian countryside reveals its most authentic character. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, dry-stone walls, and Mediterranean scents, the property was designed with sustainability and comfort in mind, with every detail curated to offer a harmonious and relaxing stay.
Entirely built in stone, the property features four independent rooms, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are designed to ensure maximum privacy and well-being: each is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. One room offers an intimate living area with a sofa; the second provides the exclusive experience of a hammam with a view over the countryside; the third includes an indoor kitchenette and a comfortable French sofa bed; the fourth features a small private veranda for its guests. A private pool surrounded by countryside and open to the sea view invites guests to experience deep relaxation.
Outdoors, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop is available to all rooms and is perfect for preparing lunches and dinners under the stars. An expansive patio opens onto a Mediterranean garden of over one and a half hectares, dotted with native trees and plants. A large dining table, two barbecues, and a laundry area complete the outdoor spaces, thoughtfully designed to fully embrace the peace of the countryside.
A few kilometres away, you can visit the famous white town of Ostuni and the crystal-clear waters of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia.
Please note : Due to the independent layout of the rooms and to ensure the safety of all guests, this property is not suitable for families with children under the age of 12.
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
