Trulli Cinera is a beautiful and recently renovated 8 cone property set in a rural setting approximately 10 minutes drive from Ostuni. With its large private swimming pool, it provides an excellent base from which to explore Valle D’Itria’s delightful countryside, historic towns, antiques markets, sandy beaches, and golf courses.
Please note that you will need a car to get around.
The space
The property comprises two exposed-stone double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, comfortably accommodating 6 adults. It has renovated bathrooms (two ensuite), a brand-new kitchen, lounge and dining room – all with Starlink / mesh wi-fi coverage and monitored alarm. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, additional fridge freezer and room for storage.
Externally, traditional dry-stone walls and 50 olive trees entirely envelope Trulli Cinera’s 30 almond trees and 1.3 hectares of wildflower meadow – all of which offer exceptional peace, seclusion and privacy in which to enjoy the 12m x 5m swimming pool (with external shower), the BBQ area and to dine al fresco under a sheltered pergola whilst watching the sun set.
