In Villanova there are restaurants-pizzerias, tobacco bars, bakeries, pharmacy, mini-market, children's playground, the Naval League, while in Ostuni, a town about 6 km away, there are all the other banking services, especially in the historic center, characteristic places nightlife and renowned for the most demanding tourists, easily reachable also by public transport made available by the Municipality which connects the marinas to the town and vice versa both during the day and in the evening.

- Towels and sheets not provided by the property but are optional. To be requested with the payment of a supplement of 15 euros/person/stay. If the stay is longer than 7 nights, linen and towels will be changed with an additional extra to be paid. This extra is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Tourist tax of 1 euro per person/night to be paid at check-in. Children under 10 do not pay the tourist tax.
