Villa Carrubo is a beautiful new luxury villa with swimming pool, green garden, Saracen trullo restored to splendor, solarium and all modern accessories, for rent in the countryside of Ostuni, in Valle d`Itria.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating, internet wi-fi, washing machine, hair dryer, smart TV, crib, mosquito nets, safe, super equipped kitchen etc.
Welcome drink with typical products. Villa rearrangement and linen change, every 4 days.

Villa Carrubo is the brainchild of two brothers, one an architect and the other an engineer, who together have combined in harmony the beauty of nature, Mediterranean style and environmental sustainability with all modern comforts.
The villa is built around a central courtyard, where the beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds around it dominates. Next to the pool are the outdoor dining area with gazebo, outdoor showers and barbecue for grilling.
All the interiors of the villa are accessible from the pool area, both the main body and the two annexes, one of which was made out of a beautiful and ancient Saracen trullo, which has been completely restored.
The main unit consists of large open-space living room furnished with dining room, large kitchen with an island dedicated to cooking, sofa, fireplace and TV. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with laundry.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms and equipped with air conditioning, heaters, safe.
The 2 outbuildings are a lamia and a trullo, both furnished with double bed, with en suite shower room, equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, heating and safe.
On arrival in Villa Carrubo a welcome drink with typical products is offered.

Villa Carrubo is an extra luxury villa ideal for relaxing and exclusive vacations, immersed in the quiet and beauty of Apulian nature, in the territory of Ostuni.
Ostuni, known as the "White City," is famous for its historic center made of whitewashed houses, which dominates the horizon from the top of a characteristic hillock, from which you can see the nearby sea.
Ostuni`s beaches offer crystal clear sea and soft sand, and boast numerous awards such as Blue Flags.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is composed by a main unit plus two house annexes.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
