Overall this property is exceptional. The management and staff were very responsive and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed.Issues that should be addressed by ownership would be having the name of the property listing the same as the actual property. It is Villa Ludovica not Vill Dei Sogni. We did not find out about this until we arrived in Puglia. The google map directions take you to an entirely different area. That should be corrected as we were told many others have not been able to find the property as well. The rope swings around the property should be taken down and re roped. The ropes are rotting. One guest fell to the ground and wrenched his back. The keys are confusing. Three different keys for the main house could be keyed alike. Hot tub pool temp was only warm with no ability to increase it.
