Thepool area is the feather in the villa`s cap. The infinity pool, heated when necessary, is surrounded by sun loungers and flanked by a sitting area with stone benches around a brazier for unforgettable bonfires under the starry Apulian sky.
A large furnished porch introduces the interiors of Villa Floris: there are table and chairs for outdoor dining, table soccer for exciting tournaments among friends, a bonfire barbecue area. a fireplace with countertop with sink.

An automatic gate leads into the large property, and immediately to the left is the villa`s annex, an old rural stone building, completely renovated, furnished with 1 double bed and en suite shower room.
An avenue through the trees leads to the villa`s simple, clean lines and modern style, next to which a shaded gazebo allows for covered parking. The villa has two floors, joined by external stairs.
The ground floor opens with a large open space with windows overlooking the pool. There is a living room with sofa, armchairs and hanging fireplace, a dining room, and a modern kitchen with island.
Three steps lead up to the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles with en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and its own shower room. A utility room with laundry completes the ground floor.
External stairs lead to the lower floor, where a small courtyard leads to the last bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room. If necessary it can be used as a twin with 2 single beds.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 150.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 86 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is composed of a main building plus an annex.
- The lower floor can be reached only by external stairs.
- Mosquito nets not in all the windows.
