A large living room with fireplace and the charming dining area are perfect to enjoy evenings together in total relaxation. First floor: the charming external stairs is where you will find the 4th bedroom. Ideal for guests who want more privacy. The bedroom is very romantic, and has its own bathroom. From this bedroom, there is a door which leads to your very own terrace which also offers a breathtaking view of the sea and of the city of Ostuni.

Basement: The real gem of this property is the old mill in the undeground cave, preserved in its original charm. The guests could organize, dinners, wine and oil tastings in this fantastic part of the Masseria.
