When I initially booked, I had the wrong date, my reservation was non-refundable. Expedia contacted the hotel and they agreed to refund me. I re-booked for the correct date, at a higher rate, and did so because I appreciated that they refunded me and wanted to give them the business.

Hotel stay was nice. I expressed two things with the front desk. Nothing major. During Our stay we were messaged with how things are and it was convenient because we needed toiletries and they were in our room when we returned. The cost was a bit more than I’d have liked to have paid due to it being Parents Weekend for the local college.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and spacious. Ample parking, pool area was nice and clean, free laundry room service, continental breakfast was good, fitness room was clean. Stayed one night in a 2 queen bedroom suite with 3 adults, we all were very comfortable in the room which had a lovely kitchenette area with a large refrigerator, sink and dish washer. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the lobby that also had complimentary cookies or muffins. Lobby also had complimentary apples for people who prefer a more healthy snack. Would definitely stay here again.
