Super easy check in, friendly staff, impeccable and spacious room with a great view. The only mediocre thing about this hotel is their breakfast but I’d definitely stay again.

I found the lighting in the rooms to be too dark and it would have been nice to have robes. Other than that, it is a nice property, professional but not overly warm staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. My first time in Ottawa and I found not only the area around this hotel but all of the downtown area to be dirty and feel unsafe.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern without carpet. The location is near the Byward Market and the Rideau Centre. Our room faced Rideau Street so you could hear the noise of the vehicles driving by so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room not facing this street.
