Someone had a key and came into my room and luckily I was there to stop them after that I called the front desk and they said it’s gonna be ok and didn’t offer a solution like moving the room or something. The manager told me put the dead bolt you guys will be ok and that’s it. We had a second attempt and they ran off and didn’t come back.

The room was in excellent condition. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was underwhelming yet pricey. Hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We were able to check in a little earlier. Disappointing view from our room.

Had a big interruption in sleep as fire alarm in the room went crazy, tried calling front desk several times but to no avail, my wife and friend with me went outside to investigate and found that there was a big evacuation ongoing with no announcement whatsoever. Total neglect from hitel staff.
