Parking sucked, made to park off site, 2 nights even though I found a spot underground the 2nd night. Stay away from this hotel. Off site parking was next to a homeless shelter.

Parking sucked, they claimed they sent me an email stating they were full but didn't upon check in I had to move my car about 1/2 km away and walk back. -20c. The next night the posted a sign saying full but I entered and found a spot. When I asked about paying at the front desk, they told me I had to move as the spots were already reserved by customers. So I had to go back to the other parking lot. I was there for 2 nights 1 room, and booked a 2nd room for the 2nd night. Yet no parking. Brutal experience. I am never staying at a Marriott again

The location is perfect for a weekend stay in Ottawa, walking distance to everything you want to do and see. Room was a great size compared to hotels in the area, and the staff was incredible.

Booked for three nights and needed to leave one night early due to a severe snowstorm and partner’s scheduled surgery in two days. The front staff was polite but firm. Management was consulted with no accommodation for our circumstances. I would not stay there again. There are many other options in Ottawa.
