The perfect downtown Ottawa hotel

Amazing hotel. Great rooms, great lobby, great bar, helpful and friendly staff. Located right near everything. Such a great experience here.

The hotel is great. The rooms the lobby the people are all great. When you go outside that is the problem. A lot of homeless have taken over the area. 6 police car take down of some person the morning we left. If you are not going out at night during the day safe.
