We got there and were greeted by a sign on the door saying television service was being swapped out. [All the equipment was in the hallway near each door.] No mention of this was made when I made the reservation. Had it been, we may have opted for a for a different hotel. I imagine that is why no mention was made. While the service was installed by about 7:30 (we arrived about 4pm) it was an unwelcome experience. Neither the bed nor the pillows were all that comfortable either. Waffle makers were great but eggs and sausage were pretty bad. We simply do not feel the stay was worth what we paid. I will say...the place was clean. That was nice.

The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return.

The property was nice and the rooms big. Unfortunately, there was something in our room that caused a family member to have an allergic reaction. Coughing and sneezing but she would get better when we left the room for the day and start again upon returning. Possibly mold in the air conditioner? Please check this out. She is fine after checking out.
