No issues with staff really. But the place is essentially a rundown old low income apartment building with bachelor rooms that they put some fancy lipstick on the outside. Very disappointing. Room was dirty. Furniture was very old And very stained and worn out. With all the run down homes, some were boarded up. The people roaming outside at night were quite sketchy or unsavoury. Do not recommend - Surprised Best Western allows this place to use their name.

Great staff in a perfectly located old hotel

The hotel is full of spectacular staff and very well located right by a stunning museum great river walks and a high bridge into the main city which might not be for faint of heart but gives great views. Kitchen was a bit under equipped and all was serviceable but bit dated. Staff however were always very helpful finding anything that was missing and so friendly. Would go again.

Nice location. 30 minutes walk to the parliament hill. Jacques-Cartier Park is across from the hotel so bring your running shoes if you’re a runner.
