Not a luxury hotel. Just a good hotel. 3 stars because anybody looking for "luxury" would be disappointed here, but it's a nice hotel overall. If it weren't marketed as luxury, I would give it a 4. Not perfect, but pleasant.

Not our first stay at this hotel. Always greeted with a smile and room has always been clean. With advanced notice about a scent allergy, the room was equipped with an odor filter machine. Any scent from cleaning products was eliminated. We’ve always been happy with our experience at this hotel

We were next to a party of about 15 people. It was noisey until about 11 or 12 pm when i called the front desk to make them aware. It was quieter after that. Still a lot of coming and going but less noise.

Security staff in particular Rob made my stay totally unpleasant. Made me feel like im less because im not famous. Allowes other people to take photos with a famous person but arood infront of me, blocking my way. The people who took photos werent even staying at the hotel. Amazing service. Would highly recommend. NOT! Worst case of power trip by Rob. I would not recommend because they dont treat everyone equally. If youre rich thisbis the place for you. If youre not, stay awag as they will treat you with disrespect. Worst hotel experience ever. Will not be returning to this place and would definitely not recommend this hotel. Rooms were good. Restaurant staff and front desk staff were good. Still will never return here and im in ottawa once per month.
