Check in clerk was rude. The pool was closed for maintenance and the only reason we booked this place was because of the pool. When we asked if we can get a refund and go somewhere else (as we prepaid) we were told no refunds as of the check in date. If we had been told about the pool, we would have cancelled when we still had time. Parking is extra which we also weren’t told about. The room had a dingy smell. When we called the front desk for more towels, the person who delivered them to us huffed at us and walked away without saying anything even when we thanked the .

Hotel is outdated. Staffs were so helpful.Beds were soft and uncomfortable. For me the need to clean it properly. We stayed at the non smoking room but found a pink vape under the table in one of the rooms. Price was reasonable.

The hotel is a positive example of a conversion from apartments to suite hotel format. Staff was friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood has many conveniences nearby, plus attractions and transit are within a short walk.

I liked the dining options in the area. I did not like that we received a call in the morning to move our vehicle to another place in the parking garage due to cleaning of the garage. This information could have been provided on check in. I also did not like that housekeeping knocked on our door shortly after 9a.m. and again shortly after 10a.m. when check out is 11a.m. I do not recommend this hotel.
