this is an older motel but very clean. No roaches, no evidence of bed bugs. The tub drained quickly. The AC kept the room cool. Breakfast every morning was what you would expect but those waffles were amazing. Only draw back, the pillows. I would stay there again

In desperate need of a reno. Power strips ty-wrapped to lamp poles and velcroed to desktop. Microwave door switch stuck. 32" TV was loo low when in bed. Had to put on suitcase to see. Open air clothes pole was not level. GFI in the bathroom was with the door switch across the room from the sink. Sink was porcelain with no area to place to stage toiletries. Room door return mechanism was not very slow and then did not lock. Furnishing were damaged with wear and tear. The hotel furnished a menu to the walking-distance restaurant that was infested with ants.under our table. The surface top of the check-in counter smelled of BO. The free breakfast was not complimentary but continental. We paid $120 for this stay that was not worth $50.

One night stay on trip to final destination. Price was reasonable. Amenities were top notch/premium products (ex. Wolfgang Puck coffee in bedrooms). Three gas stations/marts and 3-4 dining options all within very short walking distance. Easy ON/OFF to interstate. Hotel is older but maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Safe area.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel is older and needs to be updated. AC unit is extremely loud. Bathroom is tiny like others have mentioned. Was next to crying baby and had people knocking going in and out at 3am for one room close. Bed was comfortable. Not sure much else would be better in Oglesby as it seems to be really small.
