We were at an event at the Hunt Golf and Curling Club, where we were just across the street. This hotel was perfect for this reason. We stayed 9 days and after 4 night's we had to ask for cleaning service and they did it the next day - terrible. It appeared to be a refugee hostel, so it was busy for this reason and the floor they were on was messy (crumbs of multiple food items, scattered clothing, bottles of juice and water) littered in the hallway and staircases. We often wanted to use the stairs, but children were throughout the staircase and hallway. If not for the location for the venue I would definitely not have stayed and will not recommend. Price point was too high for this type of stay, but the beds/pillows were comfortable.

Room clean. Staff great. We took first shuttle at 4. It was full. Unfortunately they don’t put out any coffee or muffins etc till 4:30. So no food. Should be out sooner to facilitate people on their first shuttle. Found it odd it wasn’t.

Room was in good condition. The main door mechanism for handle and card reader was very loose and looked like they tried to repair using silicone caulking. Not a good impression for security!!!

Room was fine but I would not stay again. There are other hotels in the area at similar price points I would stay at in future. I have stayed here a few times in the past and stay at hotels about 70 times a year. I will not post my frustrations here but left my frustration with the front desk as did one other couple staying there.
