The pool was closed and there was no notice or anything. Apparently has been closed for months. The kids were super disappointed. The AC was not working and our room was 78 degrees! We could barely sleep because we were so hot.

Absolutely terrible staff at the front desk. They were rude and very unprofessional. The room was not very clean, mold growing in the shower, and the pool was closed due to a non-working pump, creating very unhappy customers. The staff refused to help or even give us a heads up when we checked in. I will not be back and I will spread the word.

The pool was not open. We should have been told this prior to check in! We had a fully refundable booking and if we had known the pool was closed, we would have booked something else. I was told by a lady in line that she did receive an email that the pool was closed but they were a non-refundable booking. It seems very deceitful to only contact those who are non refundable and not the people who could have cancelled! I am hopeful that we will receive a partial refund, but have yet to hear back from the manager.

The staff available for check-in were rude about the fact they were not able to provide service in French (an official language). Further, the reason we chose the hotel was it had a pool. Upon check-in was advised the pool is closed and has been for past 2 months.

I wasn't able to come and stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I tried to cancel and was told to contact the hotel. I contacted the hotel and reception told me to contact Expedia. Argh!!! All I was attempting to do was tell someone that I wouldn't be checking in due to a family emergency. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything else. A little empathy would have been appreciated.
