A good hotel but the walls are a little thin. We could hear a lot from outside the room. Thankfully it quited down eventually. If not for that I would say 5 star

We had an issue with our room door when we checked in- door was not locking. Front desk clerk handled the situation very professionally. Switched us to another room within minutes and came upstairs to ensure everything was perfect. Super friendly and respectful. Room was large and clean. We chose the top floor so that we would not hear walking above us. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was free so I cant really complain, but that was the only area where i saw a downfall. The eggs tasted off, the oatmeal was hard- not cooked properly and there was 1 meat option which looked like deli ham slices that were in a warmer- also did not taste good. However, again breakfast was free so I dont think I truly have room to complain.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great! I also appreciated a late check out time if 12 pm. Some t starts nearby and close to the airport, so quite convenient.

A group of drunk, young people were playing football in the hall, running from room to room with a door slamming every 2 minutes and talking loudly in the hall until 2:30 am. I know this is not the norm but we had to get up at 4:30 so I might as well have slept in the car for free. I hope that every other room on every floor was booked, otherwise why would they put these 3 or 4 rooms of noise makers near everyone else. The woman's children across the hall were woken up and the baby starting screaming. She also had to open the door and yell at these people.
