The front desk clerk told us that our room was on the third floor but it was actually on the fourth, which led to some confusion trying to find it. Why is room 1411 on the fourth floor and not the 14th? Why not number it as 411? Weird. She was also kind of abrasive about the error on the machine, blamed me for the incidentals signature not going through when it was not my fault the thing crashed. Not a great start.

Beautiful property, very clean, great rooms, staff was very friendly. The only drawback was that it was very far from downtown Ottawa and expensive to get back & forth. It would be nice if there were some kind of shuttle from the hotel.

Room was great, we had an accessible room for my mom and it was perfect. Only complaint there was no coffee for the morning, tray was empty and I only noticed when I went to make it. Staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful our first stay and definitely not our last!
