We had a rude encounter with one of the security officers at the front of the hotel on our first night after returning from a night out. We received many judgmental looks from security when we gave them our IDs. Front desk was not helpful with information regarding in-room dining or restaurant hours. We weren’t able to have a simple wine bottle sent to our room. The lack of channels on the tv is terrible. We waited for about 20 minutes for service at a table before deciding to just sit at the bar. Finally, having to show your ID every time you enter the hotel to go to your room is inconvenient and ridiculous.

The room was very nice, however the entire checkin process was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a hotel to the point where I wasn’t sure if I should even be staying there. I stay in a hotel at least once a month and again this was so bizarre, from trying to valet my car, to security, to being asked for cash for the incidentals deposit because the machine was down, it was all bizarre.

We enjoyed the casino thoroughly. Had a great dinner and breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe. My only disappointment in the room is that there was no shower cap - a minor thing for sure.
