The manager, Greg, was absolutely not helpful when the second room I had booked got canceled in their system for my guest. I had checked in the previous night and informed the reception that my guest was arriving late, we intentionally booked the extra night as we had to be at an event prior to the usual check in time. The staff made the error of not making that note, and when I brought this to Greg's attention, he did not offer any solution or compensation for their mistake as my guest had to book a hotel last minute further away from our event. There were also flies in my room that I couldn't get rid of! I stayed in a room with frosted windows and it made me feel so weird that I couldn't see outside, almost like not having a window at all! They also only make your room every other day (?!) which was a first for me. I've stayed at Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico and it was the best experience. Had high hopes for this location, but was definitely disappointed.

The hotel is new and very well appointed. The only reason for 4 stars is to walk from parking to the hotel entrance one must walk along roadways with the issue of traffic to contend with. Sidewalks from the parking area would be safer especially when dragging luggage. Otherwise, a great hotel.
