The location was great, the staff was really friendly and helping. The room was really clean. The pool was really nice. It’s a good place to just unplug from your daily busy life or when you need to stay comfortably in Ottawa. Will definitely come back.

Room was lovely, only a soaker tub would have made it that much better. Staff went above and beyond and fave us a room with a beautiful view of the river/war museum and all the pretty christmas lights in between. The buffet breakfast is a bit costly as it seemed to be a regular continental breakfast offered for free at other hotels.

room was clean, staff were nice. There was a very strong perfume smell in the room, not sure if it was an air freshener (though I looked and couldn't find one) or from a previous guest. Could definitely have done without that. If we had been there for more than one night it would have been an issue.

Parking was a nightmare. Not only was there an additional charge for parking, but pickup trucks don’t fit in the hotel underground. That’s information that would have been good to have before booking.
