I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The hallway, elevator, and room were all dirty, which created a very uncomfortable first impression. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no water bottle, no slippers, and overall the essentials were missing. Even the breakfast options were very limited. I chose this hotel because it carries the Holiday Inn name, a brand I expected to be reliable and reputable. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those standards. Based on this stay, I would hesitate to book with Holiday Inn again in the future.

At first glance I thought our stay wouldn’t be great as kids were playing hockey in the hallway, but much to my surprise once the door was closed no sound was heard! Beautifully quiet!
