Very nice and clean room. Soft linen. Appreciate the recycling bin. Good coffee (Keurig). The view from my window was boring but I was there to work, so not really a problem. No freezer in the fridge.

We didn’t look around the property. No real feedback there. It wasn't the ideal location for us, but that was our doing. It was what we expected, definitely suited our needs.

Great customer service

The front desk attendant (Alicia) was helpful, kind, always smiling - it was really nice to be served by her. She attempted to fix my error quickly with a couple options. First time at this location- breakfast buffet was typical but plentiful.

I will never go back. I was cold every night. I slept in my tuque. Housekeeping kept removing my extra blanket. Couldn't make tea in kurig as water came out very dirty. Impossible to turn off the fan under window. Most tv channels didn't work. Coffee creamer dispenser was clogged and not cleaned for the 4 days I was there. Never going back. Checked out early and returned home.

Very friendly and helpful staff ! My daughter loved her stay and so did i! The pool could use a little better maintenence when it comes to towel refills and making sure an aquatic instructor isnt teaching lessons in a pool we customer's paid for. He felt he had the right to give dirty looks to little kids and say remarks because the kids were swimmimg and jumping near his "lessons" On multiple days this happened and finally one man said something to the guy and the front desk.... and he left. Yet it still carried on the next day. Besides being close to my daughter's school, the pool was the main reason i rented here....she loves her swimming. She was in 2-3 times a day, for 5 days straight. CABLE tv... !!! Who still has that?!?!? Shower was hell and so was the lighting. But thats all fixable stuff. The staff went above and beyond multiple times and they were beyond respectful and kind to my little monkey Would definitely visit again 👍

Breakfast was good both days. Lots of choices and fresh. We had an issue with our TV when we got to our room and they could not repair it so they moved us to another room - it was an upgrade as well. Which was appreciated.
