This is our best place to stay however we were disappointed this visit with the cleanliness when we first arrived and no one ever cleaned our room while we stayed. Breakfast service was a little disappointing also machines broken not much variety. Staff is always exceptional. Kudos.

I was told I had a hot tub in room and got here and they took them out over 3 years ago. Other then that the rooms were nice and clean the pool is small and the hot tub was out of Sirvice we still enjoyed our time but was disappointed

The staff are friendly, the room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was good! My only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance and apparently the hot tub needs to be replaced, so neither were available.

Not impressed with this extended stay. I have stayed at several over the years in many different states and Upon check in the staff member was arguing with a guy that booked this hotel for his birthday because of jet tub in his room there was no jet tub . We were also told that the hot tub was not working hasn’t been for awhile. The staff member was rude to my family when they brought their baggage in. She told my sister she was giving her anxiety. When we got to our room there was a bottle of used water in our frig. The pull out couch is wrappers and crap under it . There was pretzels under the bed . This hotel isn’t up to my standards and very unhappy . The Kleenex box had 2 Kleenex in it . The elevator smells like the electrical is hot and also sounds like it gonna stop working it hesitates and shakes . Not impressed at all !!!!
