Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was tasty, the cinnamon rolls especially were fresh and hot. I appreciated having the Level 2 Flo destination EV chargers on site, that was helpful. Room was clean and decent sized. I would easily stay here again the next time we are in Ottawa! Thanks for a great stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean! The Continental breakfast had a very large selection. Nicole who was working in the kitchen was very kind and hospitable! Highly recommend this place for families with small children!

One of the few places I’d go back to

Hotel was nice and clean, front desk was very helpful, kitchen staff helped us find what my son could eat due to a severe intolerance. One of the few instances where I was not disappointed from the condition or service of the hotel.

The team looking after the breakfast room deserve an award. They went out of their way to welcome guests, they were friendly, helpful, kept the food counters & tables very clean, kept the food & coffee moving. It made for a really pleasant breakfast experience.

"Suite" was just a slightly larger room with a fold out sofa bed with no bed sheets. I had to go to front to get bed sheets even though i listed 5 occupants. 1 elevator out and very busy had to used stairs. Stair way had chicken bones wings scattered about. Shower had mildew.
