The Spa was down again for 2 days of our stay.
However they got it fixed in a timely manner & Dave @ the front desk was pleasant & made our stay more enjoyable.
Our stay was not good. The hotel did not clean our room and when we checked our early my bill was not adjusted to reflect our stay

I booked a 2 queen bed suite and was put in a 2 queen standard room. I was very understanding that they were over booked and only requested a refund of the cost difference between the 2 rooms. I was told a manager would take care of it. I called corporate after I was told twice I would receive a refund and didn’t. Corporate emailed the manager. I called the hotel 3 times and was told the manager would call. It’s now been 3 weeks with no refund or call from manager. The front desk attendant argued with me that I was in a suite. When I requested she come to my room to see that in fact it was a standard room she continued to tell me I was wrong. I didn’t see the attendant once stand up from the chair she was sitting on. It was clear she was too lazy to stand up.
We only stayed one night, but the service was really good. The rooms were cleaned and nicely decorated. The morning breakfast was good. Good location, with many restaurants in
walking distance.
I checked into this hotel for my sons wedding weekend on a Thursday and Friday in August- stayed in room 207. Everything appeared to be fine except the air conditioner leaked leaving a soaked rug around the desk which i reported on my way out. I noticed an itchy rash on my arm on Friday that i didn't immediately connect to bed bugs but it got worse and appeared in multiple places that weekend. I phoned the hotel on Monday after I spoke to our school nurse about the bites and she informed me they were in fact bed bugs bites. They said a manager would call back and nothing- called corporate and they opened a case. Was told that the hotel denies the bugs- then why not call me back? Also I bring my own electric blanket with me on hotel stays which Im sure brought them to the mattress surface. This blanket went into my luggage and I am currently spraying and trying to eradicate the bed bugs I brought back with me. I have never experienced something so horrendous and cannot believe they said they found nothing on inspection-BEWARE!!!!!
