Great experience overall! Check-in was a fun experience for the kids, they got a colouring book and got to pick a small gift from a toy chest. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—walking distance to the bowling alley and it has an amazing restaurant right in the lobby. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.

Had to wait 1 hr. 30 mins in line to get the morning breakfast even though tables were available. Even after being seated after the long wait, service was slow.Food came in Slow and mixed up. Took 2 hours and 30 mins for Total time for breakfast. The morning breakfast ruined the overall experience.

The property was nice and recently updated. The only issue with cleanliness was around our fridge it appeared that coffee was spilt at some time and never cleaned up there was also some food remnants in the same area.

The AC is only in the living room so if you’re sleeping on the sofabed, it gets real cold. Ask for extra blankets.

We loved everything about our stay! It was super close to everything we needed, we even walked to dinner a couple of nights! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly. We ate breakfast every day at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was next level. The service was wonderful every morning, and we were pleasantly surprised by the sit-down-style breakfast, and the value of options! We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Holiday Inn Kanata again.

Great location, clean, renovated hotel

Stayed for two nights and it was seamless. Close to lots of restaurants at Centrum, but also easy Uber to downtown. Hotel was clean, newly renovated. Would stay again.

It overall was a nice stay - the suite I booked was for 5 to sleep, the bed apparently was very comfortable but the pull out couch bed was awful. Very uncomfortable, the mattress doesn’t conceal the springs at all and two out of the 5 guest had a terrible sleep. I would be hesitant in booking a suite again for that reason. 3 people had to sleep in the King bed, 2 on the pull out…I would hardly consider that accommodations for 5.
