Great stay in the Suites if you have a family as the room is spacious and has a kitchen. Staff are friendly. Hotel is very close and walking distance (15 mins) to the Parliament building and all attractions. Parking is tight though.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were great and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, and the pool was perfect for our kids. Location was also great in downtown Ottawa. We would stay again!

Only complaint is the lack of parking in and around the hotel. If you have an SUV or truck and need parking, this isn’t the place. Unsecured parking around hotel that costs a pretty penny each night.

I think this location is severely underrated. With the array of dining options, incredible breakfast buffet, clean rooms, clean property and courteous, attentive staff, I couldnt be happier. Only two small issues I faced on arrival was the struggle with parking due to the low height of their garage and at check-in, my reservation could not be found.. what should have been a few minutes to get my keys and relax after a 7 hour drive.. turned into 20 minutes of waiting to find out if I even had a room and then 30 minutes of looking for parking for my vehicle. I drive a Grand Cherokee Summit with controlled suspension so I was able to lower my vehicle enough to fit into their garage. Otherwise, I was looking at parking for $40 to $60 elsewhere rather than $28 on site. Very happy that everything worked out for me but just a heads up for anyone traveling there in the future; Parking for large Vehicles is available close by but be prepared to pay almost double the price. This location is also much more walkable than it shows online..I believe it says Parliament is 19 minutes away but unless you're strolling casually and taking photos along the way.. it's really about 10 minutes or less with lots to see on the way. The property itself is fabulous with a large heated indoor pool and fully functional gym. I don't even recall seeing cleaners around the building but somehow the place was in immaculate condition even with how busy it was. This is now my number one place to stay, 10 stars

Some missing items like pen, paper, calendar, clock , toothbrush in the room. Wonderful staff, nice , willing to help customers, always smiling. The pool is mostly for adults not for children. Very good staff in the dining area during breakfast. Clean area .

The hotel was very nice, room spacious and very well equipped, comfortable . We spend the Easter week end there with our 2 kids (11 & 12 yrs old) and the only negative point I have to report is the breakfast/buffet organisation on Saturday morning. The staff was overwhelmed to clean table, only 1 guy bringing out the food to the buffet, not enough food and not much diversity. We waiting 20 mins to get a table, another 20 to get a waffle…

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the first floor which was the perfect size for our small family. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate for our 3 night stay. The pool was a great addition and we visited daily - it was never busy so perfect for our toddler. It was a short walk downtown and there was plenty of nearby choice. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Ottawa

Fantastic room but there were issues

Elevators are out of the way and always packed and with lines. The breakfast was mediocre and it was a long wait. They ran out of coffee, glasses and forks.
