Staff were not friendly or supportive. Choose this hotel because it has a pool. 1- Pool was out of commission and no email advising so before checking in. Just a posted print at reception at checking time. 2- Came back from a Senator game and found there were no parking space and was advise by staff to park my truck in an EV charging spot for overnight. 3- Went to the room and found that the room has no heat. Heater was not working. Went downstairs to talk to reception desk. I had advise Hanna that the room has no heat ( outside temperature was -28 that night) and could she sent someone to look at the heater. She advised that there were no maintenance on staff and ask me if I wanted more blankets. Her customer service skills was lacking or no skills at all. I had to asked to change room and/ or asked to cancel the room to refund the cost of the room. No offering or apology of any sort for the inconvenience. I will not return to this hotel again.

Clean rooms, breakfast was good. However we had 3 rooms booked and when we realized one of our rooms had no heat and told the hotel we were only offered extra blankets- had to advocate and ask to be moved to another room with working heat otherwise they didn’t care. Keep in mind it was -30 the last 2 days as well. Customer service is lacking.

This is a great hotel, the staff is excellent. My only complaint is with the amount of noise from all the hockey teams staying here, they were constantly playing mini sticks in the hallways when not at their respective games, running and stomping with no regard whatsoever to any other guests.
