Very clean hotel and room. Rates are very competitive. I spent 3 days in Ottawa, and looked forward to returning to my room each night. I will definitely stay here next time Im in town.

Good but housekeeping has no respect

The Hotel is conviently located close to the highway but far enough to not be noizy. Check-in was quick and courteous. The breakfast buffet is good, alot of choices and pretty good food. My only concern is also a warning, housekeeping will still enter your room even if you have the do not disturb sign, we were staying only 2 night and on the first afternoon, having gone to bed late, we slept in in the afternoon. Housekeeping still tried to enter our room, fortunately we had put the door stopper otherwise they would of barged in while we were in bed. Definitely unprofessional.

The hotel had spacious rooms, very good breakfast, nice bar/restaurant area. The service could’ve been better in the bar/restaurant area as getting waited on was a little slow. Although the food was delicious. The main downfall was the coffee maker in our room. It was really nasty and dirty, we put through 3 cups of hot water and there was still gross stuff coming out into our cups so needless to say we did not use that.
