This is my 2nd time stay. Very clean hotel with roomy kitchen area and comfortable bed. Quiet area but convenient to go to Ottawa . Staff at the front desk are always friendly. Will definitely come back!

Room had the comforts for cooking and internet was good. Bed comfort was okay. Parking is an issue. $20 a day to park on the side of building with very few spots. Stayed for 5 nights and just had housekeeping come make the bed once. The people there seemed very friendly. The part of town where the hotel is located leaves a lot to be desired. There wasn’t anything around either for food or entertainment

All the staff were amazing! Room was exactly as expected, clean and well stocked. Balcony was amazing to have as well. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We only had one small issue (A/C was not working) during our 5 day stay and it was fixed quickly and all the staff were so kind. There was two convenient parking lot options close to the hotel. We will definitely be staying here every time for our yearly trip going forward.

Great room, spacious, we had a suite. 2 queen beds and fold-up bed, very comfortable. We used all the equipment (fridge, freezer, dishwasher and induction plate) everything worked well. Bathroom fan didn’t work. We heard the up stairs clients walk, a lot.

La suite avec cuisine, salon et chambre à part est géniale. L’unité d’air climatisé est situé dans le salon. Il faisait donc plus chaud dans la chambre. L’hôtel est très biens situé. Beaucoup de restos et d’attractions à distance de marche. Il y a un resto dans l’hôtel pour déjeuner. Le coût est très raisonnable. Le seul problème c’est qu’il devait ouvrir à 8h et les 2 jeunes filles sont arrivées à 8h15. C’était un peu désorganisé. Si vous êtes sur un horaire serré, ça peut ne pas convenir.

A nice, friendly place to stay

Reception was awesome, and the suite was huge (although the bathroom door opens directly right in front of the toilet). The only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the pounding on the floor overhead after midnight, but I don't know if hotel management could predict that. The location is near the Canadian history museum and the Alexandra pedestrian and vehicle bridge, the other side of which is near the US embassy and Bytown.

Bathroom floor extremely slippery (oily) which was resolved the next day. Extra $ for inside parking (few places) but appreciated. Would have appreciated being informed of menu & good prices for breakfast in hotel (given coupons).
