6 night stay

I recently stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the air conditioning system — it was quite loud when operating in automatic temperature control mode, which was a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, we noticed significant noise from the room above whenever guests were walking around. Despite these minor issues, our stay was comfortable, and we appreciated the great service from the staff.

Great location close to the Canadian Tire Centre, right off the highway and shopping/restaurants near by. Clean, friendly staff, nice included breakfast, plenty of easy and free parking.

The 2nd bed in the room was very squeaky even with simple movements. The property was located in construction area. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for a staff member to check us in. As two adults, we were placed next to a family with young children and they were very noisy. The outlets in the room didn't work.

We really couldn’t have asked for better. We stayed two nights with our 3 and 5 year old. I’d have to say the pool area was the best we’ve stayed at. The staff was even kind enough to open the meeting room so we could eat pizza and let the kids run wild. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to the rink and the outlet mall.
