The hotel was new, very clean and the staff were excellent. We were going to a concert across the road at the Canadian Tire arena. The hotel staff had gift bags for all the concert go-ers of bottled water, snacks and skull cups (it was a metal show). They also offered a shuttle service to and from the arena for five dollars per person. We will definitely be staying there next time.

Conveniently located very near the Canadian Tire Centre Arena. Unfortunately, there isn't easy walking access. The hotel is fine, but the walls are thin and we were woken up by noisy neighbors.
