Perfect location for exploring our nation’s capital. Parking on site allowed us to stay put, walk, use taxis as needed Staff was helpful and considerate. Room excellent. We enjoyed relaxing, using pool, etc after spending day walking and seeing sites before going out to dine. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent!

Reactive front desk, really close to everything in ottawa, good breakfast buffet , pool, etc. Just make sure when you book your stay because parking and breakfast is not includedin the Price if it is not written on your réservation.

Service and food was not great at Spin. We waited a while. Food was ok. I felt price was high for what we ate. I was charged extra for a cot that was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. It is difficult to park and check in if you have someone with a disability. I was trying to bring up the luggage and my mother and they were calling the room asking me to move the car. I had parked temporarily where they told me to and was trying to get checked in as quickly as possible. I felt rushed and frazzled right from the start. They should have also notified guests that fireworks would go off right beside the hotel. Just so we were aware. Scared us. Will stay somewhere else next year.
