Worst hotwl ive ever stayed. We get to the hotel room and find a bandaid on the wall and dirty spots on the floor that tou could tell was not properly cleaned. Computer system was down for about 45min min when we arrived to check-in after a long days driving. I've never had an issue using a visa debit card for a check in/deposit prior to this hotel (Quality Inn)and it now u am being told that they do not know how to refund me and i have to wait for,well....i dont know how long because the manager won't call me back or get back to me at all. I am on a limited budget every month being a single mom with 2 kids and now I'm out $200; for i don't know how long because no one is telling me anything or getting back to me!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

I like they have a pool and a spa. Also they offer continental breakfast. Did not like that there is no bath tub only shower in my room.

I wish there was a small cafeteria or restaurant in the hotel. I was very tired and still has to go out to eat. Nevertheless, I will stay in this hotel again (at least I now know to bring in food for a quick meal)

Had a great stay. Great service, everything was clean. We were a bit bummed that the hot tub was out of service but we understand that these things happen. No complaints.

Staff was lovely, building/rooms are worn but clean, room was excessively hot -even for Feb, pool is older (liner is clean/functional but looks dirty), hot tub (the reason we picked this hotel, was sadly closed), breakfast was good. Overall, for the price, it was an decent, safe, clean place to stay.

Only the room cleaness is good. The carpet in the kitchen,lobby and stairs needs change or deep cleaning. The pool and hottub are abandoned. They need complete renewal and sanitation check. The staff deliberately misinform the customer, after apprantely communicating with the manager. They lied that the pool is operational whereas upon arrival we found its out of order. We checked out after one night since they fail to fix it. The room we slept 202 suffers from sound pollution. There is no thermostat in the room. The server in the kitchen uses a piece of cloth to clean everything,increasing risk of contamination. The hotel is poorly managed.

Underwhelming stay

Stay was as expected although the door to our room was damaged, and the room was fairly run down (broken bed frame and mouldy caulking in the bathroom). Staff barged into our room twice before check out (presumably trying to start cleaning), once before 9am which woke us up.
