False advertising

I had a terrible experience at this Ramada Hotel. The room was nothing like what was shown online. It was extremely congested, and many basic amenities were missing such as lotion. The shampoo bottle was empty, and despite the listing mentioning robes, there were none in the room. They also didn’t provide any water, which was very inconvenient. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and not worth the stay. Would not recommend!

Loved the rooms at the back along the river. Main floor was easy to bring bags in and out of vehicle. Front desk checkin building is hard to park in but lots of room for vehicles where we actually stayed. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. Breakfast staff were very attentive that everything was kept filled and dishes cleared if people left them.

Wouldn't stay again...

Floors were sticky, hair dryer didn't blow hot air. A little bit of a maze to get to your room. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport, and included restaurant, breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. When we checked in restaurant was closed, airport shuttle wasn't 24 hour and breakfast wasn't open before we left. Shuttle driver who picked us up - didn't even offer to put our bags in the back - we had the cram them with us in the back of the van.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was hair in the bath before we even had a bath. One of the pillows was dirty on the bed. Ordinary emergency lunch, however, a nice welcome from the clerk. The exercise equipment was old and not up to date.
