To begin, this is not a Marriot Residence. It is a student residence during the school year. I mean, sure, it had two bedrooms (but they were only doubles). The sheets could have been more comfortable. Just know there is no TV, no iron, no dishes or utensils, To be labeled a Residency, the value seemed to be lacking. I would suggest bring your own towels, as the ones provided were more like burlap. Friendly front desk personnel!

Place was pretty clean, staff friendly and welcoming. One thing in one of the bedrooms there were a chip bags indicating cleaning or vacuuming did not take lace in that bedroom underneath the bed.

Quiet and comfortable, easy access to downtown

Quite peaceful and comfortable but no kettle, coffee maker. Easy bus transport to downtown Ottawa on stop closeby. Ask front desk to point out shortcut to this bus stop. Is a student residence and therefore has no cutlery or plates. Large refrigerator and good microwave. No TV.

Room was clean and well looked after. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was handy and ample. Biggest complaint was it was confusing figuring out how to actually get there. It wasn't obvious with just a little lane off the back of a parking lot. Otherwise good.

Good stay - University residence

In general, it was good for what I needed. I reserved that hotel because I’ve rented them in other cities and always had a great time. I was a little disappointed when I arrived. The place is really hard to find, it was dark with not much lights and there is no TV. I didn’t really looked into it before because you would usually have a tv in hotel rooms. This is an actual dorm/residence in the back of the University. On the first night, I arrived closer to midnight and went to pay parking which is $15/day. It didn’t print out a receipt so I couldn’t put it in my car. I figured the city would look with the license plate. I still got a ticket. The other 2 nights were ok. All in all, very quiet stay, comfortable and I was able to work as I brought my laptop.
