There is an actual deduction of $250 for room damages, as opposed to all other hotels that just hold your card in case of damages. I do not trust that I will be refunded this money as I worry the Inn is in dire need of income and will make any excuse to keep my funds. Everything in the room is extremely old, the AC didn't work so it was hot in the room, and the fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was clean, considering its age. No elevator to get to 2nd floor rooms - had to lug suitcases up the stairs.

This is a budget friendly property in a quiet place and has plenty of open space to relax in the evenings. The staff members are polite and friendly. You can park your vehicle just in front of your room.Options limited for free breakfast but then property is worth for the price.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, clean. Friendly staff. Had a minor issue in the room which was quickly dealt with by staff. Lots of places outside to sit and relax. Free breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Would stay there again.

The large grassy area in the front of hotel makes for a perfect and welcoming entrance. It is set back from the Prince of Wales road, which makes it very quiet. Thanks for the great stay.

As was the case last time we stayed, very clean and courteous staff. If I had one suggestion, maybe a pool or something for any kids that stay. We’ve been very happy with this motel. Close to the airport is an asset also!
