The staff on site were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating but i also liked that through the app, i had the option and convenience of doing most things on my own (check in/out, etc.) but having a staffed desk added a layer of security and piece of mind to the property and overall experience. luggage storage lockers were great and extra amenity rooms were modern and clean.

Stayed here in January. Nice central spot downtown. On a quieter street in the financial area just steps from parliament. Not many immediate restaurants/variety stores nearby to stock up - some coffee shops

Very clean. The junior suite was small but had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with place settings for six, a fridge and oven and even a small dishwasher. I like the mobile key in the app - no keys to lose. There are lockers to store your baggage after you check out, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Parliament, the Roger’s Centre, the Rideau Canal and many other attractions.

Very Clean and well stocked. Issues with the TV were a pain. You can't just turn it on and get access to programming. You need to cycle through the HDMI inputs to make it work. Even after the IT dept came to my room and said they had fixed it I still had to do it after they left. This issue needs to be fixed asap as most people don't understand how to get this to happen. I also got locked in the parking garage when my door code stopped working. There is no number to call so luckily i was communicating via text and they gave me a new code. There is no emergency exit which is disturbing. The staff were excellent though.

Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonder Arlo. It’s very well located, close to restaurants, bars, shops and sights. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and beautifully furnished. Having a kitchen was very nice, even for a short stay. Easy, contactless check in and out using the Sonder app. We requested an extra blanket at the front desk, the staff was so nice and promptly sent someone with a blanket. The apartment heating could have been better and we thought some basic things like body lotion, additional hooks for winter coats and towels were lacking, but overall it was excellent. Next time if during winter, I’d request that they heat the room before arrival and include slippers. We really appreciated getting a free upgrade prior to arrival and I’d definitely stay here again.

The localization was perfect. Everything is nearby, especially the entrance for the canal Rideau to go ice skate. Restaurants, cafés and other stores are easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Perfect spot at a perfect price. thank you

It was a quiet building and it was only a few minute walk to Rideau centre and parliament building. Close to public transit if you want to go elsewhere. Overall I thought the experience was fantastic.

Went Ottawa to skate on the Rideau Canal and this location was perfect! A 4 minute walk to the start of the skating. Friendly staff and lots of storage lockers.
