Third time staying at Sondar. Very covenient and comfortable. Love the lockers in the goyer so you don't have carry your luggage around beyween checkout and travelling. Staff are excellent; friendly, helpful. Will be staying here again

Hotel check-in was smooth contact less , well placed in the downtown close to the museums, dining , convenience stores. However, we found our room stinking weed/smoke and it was horrible the whole night. It has a kitchen which was very helpful to prepare a quick late night snack or morning tea and toast

We absolutely loved the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to Bank St. and walking distance to many restaurants and museums. We will stay there again. We did have a little trouble with all of the technology, pass codes etc. fortunately the staff was great about helping us.

Pretty Good Stay

Comfortable stay. Cute studio apartment. Well equipped and clean. Just a couple hiccups which I will address directly with Sonder. The Sonder app is very convenient. Had to use their Chat a few times and got timely responses. Paid $20 to park for 24 hours with in and out privileges. We walked to Elgin St. for dinner (lots of restaurants, coffee shops and artisan stores). Our room was on the ground floor. Wasn’t crazy about our view; it was below grade and people walking by had full view of the inside of our room so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time.
