We had a great stay at WelcomInns Ottawa! The room was very clean and well-maintained. Having an elevator was a big plus since we had heavy luggage (our backs thank you!). Breakfast was decent with good continental options to start the day. The location is super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the Ottawa train station. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

It’s an older hotel, but everything, including the rooms, have been recently renovated. The room was clean and nicely furnished. All common areas were clean and there was even staff cleaning the windows and all touch points when we arrived. The staff were all courtesy and efficient. Overall, a great experience.

Solid room for the price point. Solid breakfast. Hot water n coffee on demand i the lobby!!! ❤️❤️ Walking distance to the train to head downtown. Not much else near the hotel. Because we had a senior with us, we had to rely on uber, which gets costly.

Arrived early and was checked in right away. I was leaving very early in the morning, and the front desk agent gave me a breakfast bag to-go with a bagel, cheese, muffin and fruit. The rooms were clean and well-kept.

I have stayed here several times, the hotel is always clean and the staff are very friendly. This location works well for the university as it’s just a short drive. Within walking distance there’s a mall, restaurant and other stores.
