Poor maintenance of the room. This is my family's first time staying at the far end rooms. There are holes on the wall. The shower floor is dirty. Only one bottled shampoo and soap. Table is half broken. Room was not available for a whole hour. In which the management said they will compensate by checking out at 2pm instead of noon. The air feels stuffy. I have nothing positive to say about this stay. So might as well stop here.

The rooms are very nice and clean…. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to the guests and visitors… that includes the restaurant staff….

Room size was great. Employees were very friendly. Smells in the hallway and lobby were not the best- always smelled like cleaning products. Our trash was never emptied and we stayed there for 4 nights.

I like the check in/out was quick. The staff are very courteous and professional. The furnitures in the room need updated. The chair in the corner is worn and dented in the middle…the mattress moves away from bed frame…only one wash cloth, one hand towel available…

Good sized suite with all amenities we needed: kitchenette, shower with tub, king bed, tv, sitting room. Thought the bed was too soft and the pillows were not very good. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was fair. Allowed us to leave our bags in storage until our night time flight.

The hotel is very modern but retains the small island charm. Every staff member we encountered was helpul and pleasant. The grounds arevbeautiful. We reserves a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Only compaint, the matress was too soft for my liking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the parking great. Only gripe I have is the laundromat. It was very tiny and there was only one laundromat on the opposite side of where our room was.

Best of American Samoa

Overall a great option for a trip to American Samoa. NPS is about 30-45 minutes drive away. You can rent a car directly from the hotel, which is a great option. Shuttle service complimentary to and from the airport. Well kept up and clean. Pool is great, but you may have to share with local children that can rent it out. Staff was helpful and nice. Complimentary breakfast is coffee, bread, and fruit, but there is an option to order if you need more and are willing to spend. Based on other people we talked to on the island, it is by far your best option to stay. Would recommend!
