When I checked in the staff member at the desk was not very friendly. She asked if I just had one night booked but I said I have two. She didn’t really talk much during the process either. When I went down for breakfast with my husband lots of items were not stocked. Also they were doing some renovations on the first floor so things were kind of a mess.

I booked online and paid in advance, at check in i bad to pay again even tho i showed my confirmation paid bank statement etc...after paying again 45 minutes later i carry all my stuff to 2nd floor to enter a dirty room. Lugʻ all my stuff back down stairs for diffrent roomand the tv not workcorrectly in room first night. The breakfast eggs were not even done runny. So even a refund does not satisfy cuz i laud2 times and a redund us just giving back my second payment ....terrible experience!!

Below average stay

It was just a normal below average hotel stay. Was unknown til arrival that hotel was undergoing renovations. Flooring torn up and horrible renovation smells. Breakfast was beyond subpar. Powdered eggs and everything else was either low stock or out including the coffee. When asked about it hotel staff was more concerned about greeting, what appeared to be family members, that was just waking up for the for the day. Hotel staff unfriendly. I doubt we will stay there again.
