Vacation Home for Silent Enjoyers: Peace, Nature and Comfort
Escape to this cozy cottage in the Kop van Noord-Holland, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Located on vacation park 't Zijpereilant, this is the ideal place for relaxation. Take your dog for walks along the dike or enjoy the silence. Schagen, Callantsoog and the island of Texel are a short distance away, and Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.
Comfortable and Cozy Inside The living room has a wood-burning stove for extra atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and 4-burner stove. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom suitable for disabled persons. The upper floor has a 3-bedroom and a loft with a sofa bed for 2 persons. The sunny, enclosed garden has garden furniture, a lounger and a view of the water.

Schönes Haus am Gewässer

Das meiste war gut.Er fehlen Informationen zu den E-Geräten und der Heizungssteuerung. Missverständnis beim W-LAN Schlüssel, da leider keine Deutschkenntnisse an der Rezeption.

Gemütliches, ruhiges Haus, deckt alle Bedürfnisse

Das Haus ist praktisch, gemütlich und geräumig. Das Geschirr zum Kochen ist schon etwas älter. Als wir ankamen, war es leider nicht wirklich sauber. An den Fenstern haben wir Spinnweben entfernt, in den Ecken war noch Schmutz. Enttäuscht waren wir davon, dass nur 2 statt der erwarteten 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden waren. So mussten unsere großen Kinder ein Zimmer teilen. Sehr schade! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben stets schnell auf Fragen reagiert! Beruhigend war das Qualen der Enten am Teich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful week in Oudesluis

We had a very comfortable and agreeable stay in the house. The house was very clean with a nice layout and also a tasteful arrangement. The garden as well was ideal for the children to play. Oudesluis is a pretty small village. The sourrounding of Oudesluis offers numberless pretty tips. We can recommand and will come again with pleasure.

Sauber, komfortabel, alles da, Mikrowelle statt Backofen beachten, Waschmaschine ist ein Plus Manko waren nicht auffindbare Beschreibungen für Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Smart-TV Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, schöner Garten, überall Fliegengitter und weiche, hohe Topper auf den Matratzen. Es wird sehr warm im Haus bei hohen Temperaturen, 1 Ventilator ist im OG vorhanden. Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sind gut, es gibt ausreichend Wolldecken.

Nettes Häuschen mit schönem Garten

Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf der Website beschrieben. Es ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten. Das einzige, was ein wenig gestört hat, war die Steuerung der Heizung. Ich hatte schon in einer anderen Bewertung gelesen, dass dies nicht ideal gelöst ist, dachte aber Mitte Juni würde mich das gar nicht betreffen. Bei kälteren Temperaturen würde ich es deswegen auf keinen Fall mieten.

Mooi, ruim huis, met mooie tuin, die je genoeg privacy geeft

Verblijf was goed. We hadden schitterend weer, en hebben heel veel leuke uitjes gedaan. Huis kon schoner, her en der lagen hondenharen en lag er zand. Parkeerplek bij huis was net groot genoeg voor de auto. Straatjes er smal. Zeer rustige omgeving, wat heerlijk is. Al met al e3n heerlijk weekend gehad.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einem Fehler

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man könnte sich dort so richtig wohlfühlen, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte, die Heizung selbst zu steuern. Wir waren im Oktober bei einigermaßen kaltem und nassem Wetter dort und haben trotzdem ausgiebige Strandspaziergänge mit unserem Hund gemacht. Wenn wir morgens aufgestanden sind war es kalt im Haus, wenn wir nachmittags zurückgekommen sind, war es kalt im Haus. Die Heizung wird offenbar zentral vom Vermieter gesteuert unterstützt durch einen Bewegungsmelder. Unsere zweimalige Bitte, die Heizung höher zu stellen, verpuffte beim Vermieter, sodass wir uns schlussendlich entschieden haben, den Urlaub vorzeitig abzubrechen und heimzufahren, denn wir wollten nicht jedesmal den Kaminofen anfeuern. In der heutigen Zeit eine derartige Bevormundung einzustellen hat uns doch einigermaßen verwundert, hier gibt es sicherlich andere Möglichkeiten, wie thermostatgesteuerte Heizkörper o.ä..

Sehr, sehr schön

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde) haben eine Woche Urlaub hier verbracht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in den Niederlanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, auch die Einrichtung. Der Garten gepflegt und von der Terrasse kann man die kleine Anlegestelle sehen und abends den Sonnenuntergang. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach für Kinder und Hunde bestens geeignet. In ca 15 Minuten ist man am Meer. Man hat auch im Notfall immer einen Ansprechpartner. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder

Sehr schön

Das Haus war sehr sauber, und in einer ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nur 1,5 km entfernt. Ein kleiner Hund hat die Möglichkeit auszubüchsen, der Vermieter konnte aber mit einem Schutzzaun (Netz) aushelfen. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit 15 Min. mit dem Auto.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten!

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche, das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Im Inserat war nicht ersichtlich, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht werden müssen. Ein kurzer Anruf jedoch und uns wurde umgehend alles Benötigte gebracht. Da das Haus vermutlich erst kürzlich renoviert wurde, ist die gesamte Einrichtung nagelneu. Der Garten ist super geeignet für Kinder und sehr gepflegt.
