Great location

Nice house, 4 min walk to the beach and 7 min walk to the town centre. Nice house, only suggested improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom (inc the shower). Apart from that nice deco, great little kitchen. Has wifi and a nice front garden. There is another flat below the main house but it was not renter at the time we stayed there. Veronique was very nice and helpful, she even brought croissants and local delicacies to our door in the first morning! Would go again based on the great location. Very quiet street / area

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison , cell-ci est tres bien équipée, propre , (juste un petit bemol sur lhumidite dans les toilettes ), Véronique la co-hote est tres charmante, tres serviable et tres accueillante .nous recommandons sans hésitations et tres bien situer géographiquement, meme si nous nous connaissons tres bien la region !!

Une excellente semaine avec une position géographique parfaite pour passer de la cÎté fleurie à la cÎte de nacre.La maison est idéalement située à 500 mÚtres de la plage. Petit bémol sur les odeurs d'humidité dans la maison et un ménage assez superficiel. Mais nous avons vraiment su profiter de tous les cÎtés positifs. Véronique nous a accueillies chaleureusement avec une tarte normande bien agréable aprÚs notre longue route.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut und gelegen. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche Strandbesuche und StadtausflĂŒge. Der BĂ€cker ist auch direkt um die Ecke. ParkplĂ€tze sind an der Straße vorhanden, aber aufgrund der Strandbesucher nur sehr selten oder nur frĂŒh morgens oder Abends verfĂŒgbar. Daher mussten wir manchmal auf dem GrundstĂŒck parken. Der Empfang mit Veronique verlief sehr gut und sie war wirklich sehr nett, spicht aber kein Englisch. Im Haus war alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar BettwĂ€sche, welche bezogen war. Der Fernseher bietet auch Streamingdienste (abmelden aber nicht vergessen). Die Einrichtung ist modern und alles ist vorhanden. Nicht so toll empfanden wir die Sauberkeit vor Ort. Alles wirkte nur sehr oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt und wir haben erst nochmal alles ausgefegt und nachgeputzt. Steckdosen gibt es viele, aber nicht ĂŒberall. In einem Schlafzimmer hinter dem Bett stand die Steckdose offen ohne Abdeckung. Die Elektrik wirkte nicht fachmĂ€nnisch verbaut. Rauchmelder sind leider keine verbaut. Die Toilette ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Draussen gibt es einen Grill, leider mit rostigem Zubehör. Moderne FahrrĂ€der stehen zur VerfĂŒgung. Es gibt auf der Terasse einen großen Tisch mit vielen StĂŒhlen, an dem man bei schönem Wetter auch essen kann. Bis auf die genannten MĂ€ngel eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Les points forts: - La localisation gĂ©ographique idĂ©ale! - Le prĂȘt des vĂ©los (nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© notre voiture de tout le sĂ©jour! piste cyclable Ă  3 min donc pratique avec enfant) - appartement fonctionnel - la bonne humeur, gentillesse et serviabilitĂ© de VĂ©ronique qui vous accueille! Les points faibles: - la manque d'intimitĂ©. L'accĂšs Ă  l'autre location du RDC se fait par votre jardin! Donc vous avez les autres locataires qui passent Ă  n'importe quel moment. De plus le jardin donne totalement sur la rue et la vue est dĂ©gagĂ©e donc on voit tout. - l'odeur dans les WC - le wifi dĂ©faillant

Beau et trĂšs agrĂ©able appartement avec terrasse et jardin dans une maison, Ă  proximitĂ© des plages et du centre de Ouistreham. Mon ado a apprĂ©ciĂ© le lit double dans la 2eme chambre. Nous ne connaissions pas Ouistreham Riva Bella. Ce fut une trÚs agréable découverte. La maison trÚs proche de la plage, parfaite pour une famille de 4 (3 adultes, 1 enfant). Plage idéale dans ces conditions. Et quand il fait beau c'est le top! Ce fut globalement le cas pour nous. A retenir!

Tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Kurtripp

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge in und um die Normandie. Weiterhin lĂ€dt der Garten zum Grillen ein und die NĂ€he zum Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ideal fĂŒr 4 Personen geeignet und bietet nahezu alles, was man fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt braucht.

Excellent séjour à Ouistreham avec un trÚs agréable gite

Grùce à ce trÚs beau gite en maison individuelle, bien situé par rapport à la mer et au centre ville, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gite est confortable avec ses deux chambres, bien équipé, calme, personnalisé avec une belle literie. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par Véronique qui a veillé à ce que notre séjour dans le gite se passe bien. Merci aussi à M Chapuis. Nous reviendrons certainement et nous le recommandons.
