VÀhÀn oli puutteita varustuksessa esim. SeinÀltÀ kello ja lÀmpömittari josta olisi nÀhnyt huoneen lÀmpötilan kun kylmÀ oli ,joten ulkovaatteita piti pistÀÀ pÀÀlle. Siisteys oli muuten Ok mutta ikkunat oli likaiset, hiljaista oli mistÀ tykÀttiin tv kauko sÀÀdin ei toiminut tÀysin oikein eli kanava askellus toimi vain ylös pÀin. toivoimme vÀhÀn isompaa tv ruutua, kahvi/tee mukit olisi aika uusia kun olivat niin naarmuiset.

Olen matkustanut paljon, mutta tĂ€mĂ€ hotellivuokraus oli yksi huonoimmista kokemuksesta, vaikka huoneistohotelli oli itsessÀÀn uusi ja siisti. Varasin huoneen Hotels.comin kautta. Sivuilla luki, ettĂ€ sisÀÀnkirjautuminen on klo 15 ja uloskirjautuminen klo 12. Myös varausvahvistuksessa luki nĂ€in. Kahta pĂ€ivÀÀ ennen tuli tieto hotellin vuokraajalta, ettĂ€ ajat ovat klo 16 ja klo 11. Viestien jĂ€lkeen sain sovituksi alkuperĂ€iset ajat. ViestissĂ€ luki myös, ettĂ€ hotelli ei sijaitse paikassa mikĂ€ oli annettu hotellin yhteyteen. Osoitteesta pystyi hakemaan vain avaimen. Ihan kĂ€sittĂ€mĂ€töntĂ€, ettĂ€ hotellin osoite varmistui 2 pĂ€ivÀÀ ennen. TĂ€mĂ€ tieto oli saatavilla hotels.comin kautta yleistiedoissa ja sieltĂ€ klikkaamalla lisÀÀ, mutta tĂ€mĂ€ tuli minulle yllĂ€tyksenĂ€ varauspĂ€ivĂ€n aamuna. Miten voi olla, ettĂ€ tĂ€rkein tieto eli osoite pimitetÀÀn tĂ€llĂ€ tavalla? Kuvat olivat (sattumalta?) samasta huoneesta jossa yövyin, mutta jos huoneet vahvistetaan vasta juuri ennen tuloa, niin silloinhan ne eivĂ€t vĂ€lttĂ€mĂ€ttĂ€ vastaisi vuokrattua huonetta. Jouduin hakemaan avaimen ulkolokerosta kovassa pakkasessa ja huone oli ainakin 600 m pÀÀssĂ€. Ehdoissa oli myös melkoinen yllĂ€tys: Jos naapuri valittaa metelistĂ€, niin tulee automaattinen 150€ sakko. En usko, ettĂ€ tĂ€mĂ€ on Suomen lakien mukaista edes. Naapurihan voi hĂ€iriintyĂ€ vaikka vessasta kĂ€ynnissĂ€ yöllĂ€ ja ilmianto aiheeton.
