The property is situated on the outskirts of the town of Oulx, in the Susa Valley. Surrounded by spectacular mountains, forests and meadows, the town is a popular holiday destination all year round.
In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options in the nearby resort of Sauze d’Oulx (10 minutes), which is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. The apartment is close to the ski shuttle bus, which links to the extensive network.
In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains. As well as lots of mountain biking routes. The Parco Naturale del Gran Bosco di Salbertrand (a 12-minute drive) invites visitors to explore unspoilt landscapes. The Ponte Tibetano (Tibetan Bridge) at Claviere (a 20-minute drive) also makes a great day out. This is the world’s longest suspended bridge and takes you over the valleys and alpine pastures of Frasnino.
The residence is conveniently situated close to a selection of supermarkets, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
Turin airport is just a 1-hour 10-minute drive from the apartment. If you are arriving by train, then Oulx railway station is just a 1-minute walk away.
