In a stunning setting, this charming attic apartment truly lives up to its name. On the 2nd floor of a grand villa, the apartment sleeps 6 people. The contemporary architecture is unexpected in an older building but the overall effect is chic and cosy. It is the ideal spot for family or friends who want to escape into the mountains at any time of year.
Access is via an elegant stone staircase with beautiful frescoed walls. Tucked under the wooden eaves the apartment feels light and airy thanks to multiple skylights and windows.
The open-plan living area is furnished in a contemporary style. With wooden floors, a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead out onto the balcony that looks over the town to the mountains beyond. On the balcony there is a dining table, BBQ and deck chairs where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning mounting scenery.
Back inside, there is a kitchen/diner with a table for 6 under the beams. This is next to the kitchen which is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The town of Oulx, in the Susa Valley, is a popular holiday destination at any time of year. It is surrounded by spectacular mountains, forests and meadows. The residence is on the edge of the town close to all the amenities including supermarkets, groceries, bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options in the nearby resort of Sauze d’Oulx (10 minutes) which is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. The apartment is close to the ski shuttle bus which links to the extensive network. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains. As well as great mountain biking routes. The Parco Naturale del Gran Bosco di Salbertrand (12 minutes) invites visitors to explore unspoiled landscape. In the summer season the Ponte Tibetano (Tibetan Bridge) at Claviere (20 minutes) makes a great day out. It is the world’s longest suspended bridge that takes you through stunning countryside.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from the apartment. If you are arriving by train then Oulx railway station is just a 1 minute walk.
