• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Please close windows and coverings before sunrise.
• Parking: Up to 2 regular-size vehicles in front of garage (no garage access); no RVs or trailers. Free overflow parking available on west end of 9th Ave.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Cat owner property in need of maintenance overhaul

We had an ok experience at this condo. The cons of the condo out weighed the pros, so we would not stay here again.Pros-Great location - right across from the hot springs, next to the perimeter trail, and a short walk to downtown Ouray.-Tons of space - we had 6 in our group and never felt cramped.-Shared outdoor space - practically no other condo in Ouray had outdoor space, so this was a nice feature.-Back sun room - this room was amazing! If we were at the condo, we were in this room enjoying the awesome views.Cons- The owner of the property has cats. 2 people in our group are allergic, so this was a huge issue. Nose prints were on the windows, cat toys were under couches, hair on back the couches, & there was even some dried cat puke in the basement (YUCK!). -Cleanliness - Dried cat puke, we wiped the tables & our rag was black, cat hair on couches, & multiple other items. Thankfully the bathrooms & bedrooms were clean.- Maintenance - this place needs an overhaul. Caulking in the basement shower was missing, interior paint has chips/caulking missing, the oven's broiler didn't work or heat past 350, the garbage disposal made a horrific sound (it ended up not working at the end of our trip), the turn table in the microwave didn't work, multiple tiles in the floor were loose and raised up, door knob to deck was very difficult to un-lock/open, the list goes on.- Street light in basement bedroom shines bright at night. They need black out shades in this room.

Beautiful location!

Beautiful location, spacious accommodations. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. This property worked perfectly for a group of four friends in Ouray for a adventure weekend. A deep clean is definitely needed in the kitchen. Nearly every pot/pan we used needed to be cleaned prior to use. Crown moulding has significant dust/dirt/hair build up, as did the doors on the lower level. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. but.upwashed before using

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location of the house was great for us being able to walk right into town. The only downside was it got pretty hot at night, but this is to be expected this time of year that we went (August). Would definitely recommend the place - it was spacious for our entire family!

This is a super nice condo with lots of room. It is across from the Hot Springs and within walking distance of the shops/food. All communication was super fast. Definitely recommend!

We were under the impression that we had use of the garage since it was listed as a two car garage. However, the code we were given when we called did not work and the interior door was locked with a deadbolt . The upstairs shower did not work properly nor did the tv remote. We had to empty the trash can which was full from previous tenants who left it running over. The blind in the bedroom downstairs really needs to be non light filtering the car lights at night shine right in the bedroom and the traffic noise is loud with the windows open. The bench out front was broken and the armrest was left laying in the window seal. A tv downstairs would have been great.

Short Ouray Stay

Great location and property. Easy access to restaurants and hiking. I would recommend a better organized kitchen with staples like sugar, salt and pepper. Sleeping areas, for example the master bedroom, really needs blackout curtains/shades as the outside street light and car lights shine in all night long. Otherwise, lovely stay.

Your home is beautiful and we had a great time! The VRBO photos did not do it Justice. For consideration, it would have been nice to have everyday kitchen items during our stay. For example, a wine opener, salt, pepper and sugar. Nice to have other amenities included such as access to garage, bottles of water, coffee or local coupons for local restaurants. More information about local attractions. Discounted pool access or use of residence comes with pool membership access with opportunities to purchase local souvenirs. Thank you!

Great Place

I had booked a property and was notified that it was unavailable due to renovations about a week or so before the trip. We were offered substitute locations, which turned out to be fine. It snowed and we had trouble getting out of the driveway and contacted the property manager. They responded quickly and said they contacted the person who plows the road. However they did not come for a day and we had to figure out how to get out of the driveway ourselves. A neighbor came and helped us get up the tiny hill so we could get to town. Not a big deal but they should have had the driveway plowed or at least communicated with us they couldn't do for whatever reason. Overall it was a great clean place, and we had a positive experience.

Place was full of nats

Nice condo but full of Nats. Prpoert manager refunded us but not Vrbo. Nats were horrible and other places in Ouray had no issue including attached condo.
