Come enjoy all that Ouray has to offer in the Hot Springs Suite. This nearly new unit (2021) is the closest townhome to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It's situated at the intersection of the Perimeter Trail and the North Ouray Corridor Trail. You can easily walk anywhere in town. It has 3 levels with mudroom, laundry and entertainment area with large screen TV on the entry/garage level. There’s a guest cabinet with pool towels, outdoor play equipment and ping pong equipment. There’s a card table with 4 folding chairs and an electric grill. Two sleds(and shovels!) are provided in the winter. The main level includes a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom with a deep tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features alder cabinetry and granite counters, a center island with stools and stainless appliances. There's a balcony off of this level with a railing mounted counter and 4 stools for outdoor dining. The upper level has an entertainment area with a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and big-screen TV. Both the antique washstand and the bookcase store games. The bookshelf has a variety of books pertaining to the Ouray area. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. The full bath includes a custom walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have televisions.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start washing a load of white towels. Bring colored towels to the laundry area as well.
Leave stripped sheets on top of the beds. Fold comforters in thirds then thirds again and leave on top of the beds. Don’t remove the zippered pillow covers that are under the pillowcases.
If you used the grill, please clean the grate with supplies on the bottom shelf of the grill. Please place all bagged garbage in the can in the basement and leave the can inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Don’t park in the garage. There’s one dedicated spot in front of the garage. Overnight parking is allowed in the adjacent pool parking lot.

Overall this place was perfect for our trip! Clean and had everything and more we needed. Small suggestion to add curtains to upstairs room as with main road and turn in of neighborhood right there car lights very easily come through in the evening.

The property is nicely finished with lovely wood trim and antique furniture pieces. It is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is much better equipped than any we've stayed in. Bath and bed linens were great, and the beds were comfortable. The location was an easy walk to downtown. The hot springs pool is a great attraction next door to the unit.

The property was very clean and supplied. The view was gorgeous. The highway noise was a little loud in the bedroom if you're not used to sleeping with any road noise, but it did settle down as it got later into the evening. The hot springs were literally right across the parking lot. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area.

The place is well maintained, organized and provided with all things needed in a home. Darlene has thought of all the details and supplied more things than usually found in these rentals. We appreciated that vey much. We were 5 people, two couples and a teenager. The bed on the first floor is a bit tight for a couple which makes it a bit hard to have a comfi night sleep, but it's perfect for one person. The location is perfect, close to town and next to the hot springs. Loved the decor!

Condo is next to Hot Springs Pool & Visitor Center. Across the street from a Perimeter Trail access point. You can easily walk to shop & restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. Lots of well thought out details are available in this condo.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect—the closest you can get to the Hot Springs pool, and Fellen Park is right there, too. A short walk into town, and you have all you could want in this beautiful little mountain town! This property is clean and comfortable. The host thought of everything! We will be back!

Ouray Vacation with Friends

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this is not your place. It is located right by the main highway with a lot of traffic and there is a large parking lot in front with a lot of activity. Concert at the park on Thursday night went over 10:00 p.m. and was very loud from the townhome. The bedroom upstairs has a balcony, but it was too noisy to enjoy the outdoors with all the traffic and it overlooks the road. Scenic photos for this listing were somewhat deceiving. Being our first overnight stay in this area, unfortunately, we did not do enough research to know the exact location of this property and we were all disappointed in the amount of noise during the day and at night. We arrived 45 minutes early and requested to check in early since we had dinner reservations, but the owner did not respond back until 5 minutes before our allowed check in time. Being a long drive in from Texas we had to wait to get in to unpack and get ready for dinner. The townhome itself was decorated nicely, it was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place for a family with children.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location

My husband, toddler, and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, and we all had the best time! The home is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bath towels are fluffy and soft. The bathtub was perfect for bathing my toddler. We had fun playing ping pong in the garage! The views from inside the townhouse are spectacular! It was a quick and easy walk to the park and hot springs. We walked to breakfast and dinner a few times. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Three Days in Ouray

Darlene's place is great. Super clean. Has everything you would need for a pleasant stay in the area. Great location. Short walk to town or to get on the perimeter trail. Even the garage is ultra clean and is a great place to unwind with ping pong, TV, cornhole amd more. Would stay here again without hesitation.
